The S Villa

The villa was conceived to address the climatic intensity of the region while maintaining spatial openness and functional organisation. Orientation, façade articulation, and controlled glazing were carefully calibrated to manage solar exposure and natural ventilation without compromising internal continuity.

Spatial planning prioritised clear zoning between reception areas, family living spaces, and private suites. Vertical circulation and transitional thresholds were structured to maintain visual coherence while ensuring privacy across levels. Interior material selection focused on durability and tonal restraint, integrating stone, timber, and controlled lighting strategies suited to the regional context.

Execution required close coordination with structural, MEP, and façade consultants to ensure technical alignment with environmental objectives. Through detailed documentation and systematic construction oversight, the project achieved consistency between design intent and built outcome, resulting in a residence defined by climatic responsiveness, spatial discipline, and long-term performance.
